The Offline Workflow
From Recording to Deliverable, Processing on Your Computer
Connect to create and pair your account, obtain credits, and install any additional speech model. With setup complete and sufficient credits, sync runs offline. Review requires an internet connection to purchase the designation unlock; reviewing and rendering then run locally.
Create the Job
Add the recording and a page-and-line transcript. Start with the reporter’s TXT/ASCII text; check that pages and lines import correctly before running the sync. See the file-format guide for legacy synced formats.
Run the Sync — Offline
Speech recognition helps align the reporter’s transcript to the recording. Processing runs on your computer and works offline once setup is complete and sufficient credits are available.
Check Quality on the Spot
Use the sync score as a review aid. Click transcript lines to check their timing against the recording, and review important passages before delivery. A score does not guarantee correct alignment.
Export and Deliver
Create a View bundle with the synced transcript and video. Counsel unzips it and opens the HTML file in a modern desktop browser, without an account or app installation.
Deliverables
Deliverables for Your Receiving Team
Use the browser bundle for viewing. For Review, supply a compatible synced transcript file and matching recording separately; the browser viewer ZIP is not imported directly.
View Bundle
A DepoFlow View bundle is a ZIP containing a DepoFlow View file (HTML) with the synced transcript and a separate video file. Keep them together after unzipping. Your firm name and logo can appear in the viewer.
Browser Viewing
Recipients can read, search, and jump the recording by page and line in a modern desktop browser. No account or app installation is needed. The downloaded bundle works offline.
Clips for Litigation Teams
DepoFlow Designate imports compatible sync data and matching video. Viewing and search are free; a separate $99 per-transcript unlock enables designations and stitched MP4 clip export across the firm.
Trial Software Compatibility
Confirm your receiving team’s application, version, and required format before delivery. Trial-software load-file exports are not part of the current offline viewer-bundle workflow. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Pricing
Pay as You Go — $5.00 per Video Hour
There's no charge for the software itself — sign up for a free account and download it today. You buy credits only when you run a job, and each credit covers one hour of video time.
Sync is billed with credits at the standard $5.00 rate. The separate Designate designation unlock is $99 per transcript.
One credit covers one hour of video. Each sync has a one-credit minimum; additional time rounds up in six-minute increments. At the standard rate, a two-hour sync costs $15 and a two-hour, fifteen-minute sync costs $17.25. See billing details.
