The standalone viewer is included in the local View bundle. It lets recipients watch the recording, read the transcript, search testimony, and jump by page and line without installing DepoFlow.
Prepare the Delivery
- Open the completed job and check its timing.
- Choose Create View Bundle. The local export packages the DepoFlow View file and video into a ZIP.
- Send the ZIP. Recipients unzip it and open the HTML file, keeping the video beside it.
Browser and File Requirements
Use a current desktop Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browser with MP4 playback support. If local-file restrictions prevent automatic video loading, choose or drag the video file into the viewer. Keep the extracted folder intact when moving it to a drive or another computer.
The video is a separate file, not embedded inside the HTML. After downloading and unzipping the bundle, recipients can view it offline. Local exports are files on your computer, rather than expiring hosted download links.
