A View bundle is a portable ZIP with an HTML viewer and its video. The synced transcript is embedded in the viewer. This is a DepoFlow deliverable; it is distinct from the OpenDVT interchange format.
Create and Check the Bundle
- Finish the sync and review important passages.
- Choose Create View Bundle from the job controls.
- Open the generated ZIP on your computer, keep the extracted HTML and video together, and verify playback and transcript navigation.
Deliver to Counsel
Send the ZIP using your usual approved delivery channel. Recipients do not need an account or a DepoFlow installation to open the DepoFlow View file. If a browser does not load the video automatically, use its Choose video file control.
Firm Branding
Your firm name and logo from Settings → Firm can appear in the viewer.
Desktop Review
Review does not import the viewer ZIP directly. For designation work, supply compatible synced transcript data and the matching recording separately.
