The DVT Bundle (DepoFlow Video Transcript bundle) is the standard deliverable: a single .zip containing the video, the transcript, and the sync data that ties them together. One file to send, one file to archive.
Create the Bundle
- Wait for the job to reach Completed — the bundle controls activate once the sync is done.
- Click Create DVT Bundle on the job's row (or from the job's detail page).
- When the bundle is ready the button turns green and DepoFlow reveals the .zip in your file manager, ready to attach, upload, or copy to a drive.
Branding Your Deliverables
Your firm name and logo from Settings → Firm are stamped onto deliverables, so what you hand to counsel carries your branding — not ours.
Delivery Options
The bundle opens in DepoFlow on any machine via Open Sync File. For recipients without DepoFlow, the job's action menu offers other delivery formats — including load files for trial-presentation software and a standalone HTML viewer that runs in any browser.
