Open a saved job's action menu and choose Run Local Sync. DepoFlow reads the transcript, extracts audio, runs local speech recognition, aligns timings, and prepares a playback copy if needed.
Job Status
- Queued: files are saving or the job is waiting to start.
- Syncing: transcription and alignment are running.
- Encoding: the recording is being prepared for playback.
- Completed: processing has finished; inspect the result before delivery.
- Failed: read the error and resolve it before retrying. Contact support if you need help with a failure or its billing.
What the Sync Score Means
The score summarizes available timing-confidence signals. It is not a measured percentage of correct timestamps or proof that every passage is aligned. Some imported timings have no independent recognition check.
- Green (95 or above): high reported confidence; still check important testimony.
- Amber (80–94): review passages affected by noise, crosstalk, or transcript differences.
- Red (below 80): investigate the recording and transcript match before delivery.
Check the Output
Click transcript lines across the recording and compare the text to what you hear. Review the first and last words of planned clips, and check any missing or un-timed lines. Correct timings where needed.
Offline Preparation
Processing time depends on recording length, model, encoding requirements, and hardware. Each sync consumes credits under the stated minimum and rounding rules.
