Export Formats for TrialDirector, Sanction, and Summation

Different trial teams live in different software. DepoFlow exports a synced transcript into the load-file format each major tool expects, from the Export menu on any synced transcript.

Transcript Formats

These render on demand and download immediately:

• TXT — Plain Text — a timestamp-prefixed synced transcript for court reporters and LiveNote-style review.
• PTF — LiveNote / Paradigm — the portable transcript format used by LiveNote and West Case Notebook.
• PTS — RealLegal Sync — page-separated sync referencing the video file.
• AMI — AMICUS — for AMICUS-based workflows.
• XML — OpenDVT — the open OpenDVT 1.4 interchange format.
• XMEF — TrialDirector / ESI — transcript plus video timecode manifest, zipped for TrialDirector ingestion.
• SBF — Sanction — a Sanction transcript bundle.
• DII — Summation — a Summation load file with concordance header.
• TML — TrialDirector Media List — the media list companion file.
• HTML — Standalone Viewer — a self-contained browser viewer for recipients with no software at all.

Database Formats

Two formats are full Access-style databases and are built in the background — start the export, and download when it finishes:

• MDB — TrialDirector DirectSync — the classic DirectSync database TrialDirector loads natively.
• CMS — Sanction — the Sanction case database format.
