Confirm the receiving team's workflow before creating a deliverable. The current local offer provides a browser viewer bundle and, with the Review designation unlock, stitched MP4 clips. It does not promise offline load-file exports for every trial application.
Current Local Deliverables
- View bundle: a ZIP containing a DepoFlow View file (HTML) with the synced transcript and its video.
- Review MP4 clips: selected page-and-line ranges rendered as one video using the saved timings.
- Designation companions: designation PDF and page-and-line list from the designation workspace.
TrialDirector, Sanction, and Other Applications
A transcript import format is not necessarily an available export format. Legacy load-file formats such as XMEF, SBF, DII, MDB, and CMS have application-specific requirements. These load-file exports are not part of the current offline bundle workflow.
Before committing to a format, send support@depoflow.com the application name, version, required format, and delivery specification. Confirm that the receiving application can use your output, including video codec and page-and-line references.
View Bundles and OpenDVT
The DepoFlow View bundle is a browser package. OpenDVT is a separate transcript interchange format. Neither label alone guarantees an import into a particular trial application.
