Create jobs from a transcript plus its video or audio and run the sync entirely on your machine. Deliver the finished job as a DepoFlow View bundle: a self-contained HTML viewer file plus its video.
For law firms and attorneys
DepoFlow Designate
Import compatible synced transcript data and its matching video. View and search free; a $99 per-transcript unlock enables designations and stitched MP4 exports across your firm.
Getting Started
- Install and open the app that matches your role.
- Pair the app with your DepoFlow account when prompted — this links your credits and job history.
- Videographer: create a job from a transcript plus its video or audio; the sync runs entirely on your machine. Review: open a compatible sync data and its matching video. View and search free; purchase the separate designation unlock when needed.
Prepare for local processing
Allow about 3 GB for the app, plus room for original recordings, playback copies, bundles, and any additional speech models.
Connect to create and pair your account, obtain credits, and install any additional speech model. With setup complete and sufficient credits, sync runs offline. Review requires an internet connection to purchase the designation unlock; reviewing and rendering then run locally.
