DepoFlow billing is pay as you go. The account is free, the software is free to download, and there is no subscription, seat license, or minimum commitment — you buy credits only when you run a job.
What a Credit Is
A credit costs $7.50, and one credit covers one hour of video time on a sync job. Jobs are billed in 0.1-hour increments, rounded up, with a one-hour minimum per sync — a 2 hour 15 minute video bills as 2.3 credits, and your statement shows exactly that math.
Buying Credits
Buy credits from the Billing page (web) or Settings → Billing (desktop), checked out securely through Stripe. Credits belong to your firm's shared wallet, are not tied to a seat, and never expire.
Buying at Submit
If a job needs more credits than your wallet holds, the app opens a checkout for just the shortfall — pay, and the job settles automatically. No pre-purchasing guesswork.
For Litigation Teams: The $99 Review Unlock
On the review side, viewing and searching a synced deposition in DepoFlow Review is free. Creating designations and exporting clips is a one-time $99 unlock per transcript, and one unlock covers everyone at your firm.
