Pairing connects account identity, credits, billing, and job history. It does not upload the recording, transcript text, or saved alignment timings.
Pair with a Device Code
- Start the desktop sign-in flow while online. The app displays a device code and opens the account pairing page.
- Sign in and review the displayed device request.
- Approve the code. The app receives its account session.
Manage approved devices in Settings → Devices. Revoke a device that should no longer access your account.
What Syncs
Job metadata can include witness and matter names, case number, proceeding date and type, volume, recording duration, page count, media size, status, and errors. Credits, billing activity, and diagnostic events also sync to the account service. Read the privacy policy for details.
Working Offline
Connect to create and pair your account, obtain credits, and install any additional speech model. With setup complete and sufficient credits, sync runs offline. Review requires an internet connection to purchase the designation unlock; reviewing and rendering then run locally.
Account activity reconciles when a connection becomes available. Your account job history is separate from the content saved in your local library.
