DepoFlow Videographer is the desktop app where syncs actually run. It processes everything locally, so a reasonably modern machine with some free disk space is all you need.
Download the Right Installer
Head to the Download page and pick your platform:
- macOS (Apple Silicon) — for M1 and newer Macs running macOS 13 or later.
- macOS (Intel) — for Intel-based Macs.
- Windows — for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
The download links always point at the latest release, so a bookmarked link never goes stale.
Install and Sign In
- Run the installer and follow the prompts.
- Launch DepoFlow Videographer and sign in with your DepoFlow account — the same one you use on the web dashboard.
- Visit Settings → Firm to add your firm name and logo. They are stamped onto your deliverables.
macOS Note
If macOS warns that the app is from an unidentified developer, right-click the app icon and choose Open the first time you launch it.
Working Offline
The desktop app is built to work without a connection. If you are offline at a deposition, jobs run normally and your account activity reconciles automatically the next time you connect.
